FHIR Synchronization
A FHIR synchronization either sends data to a FHIR server (Export) or pulls data from one (Import). One synchronization can't do both, so create a separate configuration for each direction.
Sending data to a FHIR server
Go to the Settings page. In the External System Synchronizations section, click Register Synchronization.
On the Synchronization Configurations page, click Create.
Fill out the Synchronization Configuration form, selecting Export as the Synchronization Type:
FieldDescriptionRequiredLabel
The label of the synchronization configuration.

Organization
The organization the configuration is available to. It can't be changed later.

List Valid For: the version of that list.

Click the plus icon (Add new level) to add another level, or Delete to remove one. This section is labelled Org Units in the current version.

Running a synchronization
On the Synchronization Configurations page, click View next to the FHIR configuration.

For an export, you can also click Generate Bundle to download a JSON bundle of the data that would be sent.
