Resetting a forgotten password (local Geoprism Registry credentials)
If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page. This only works for accounts that log in with a Geoprism Registry password, not through an external system.
On the Geoprism Registry login page, click Forgot password? below the username and password fields.
On the Reset your password page, enter your Username.
Click Submit. An email with a verification link is sent to the address registered with your account.
Open the email and click the link.
On the page that opens, enter your New password and type it again in Confirm new password. It must be between 5 and 50 characters.
Click Submit. A message confirms that your password has been reset, and you can log in with it.
