# Invite a user to serve as the Registry Administrator for an organization
Each organization is managed by users with the Registry Administrator role for that organization. A System Administrator can invite someone to create an account with that role.
1. Log in as a System Administrator and go to the **Settings** page from the sidebar.
2. In the **User Accounts** section, click **Invite User**.
3. In **Invite a User**, enter the person's **Email Address**. Under **Roles**, select **Registry Administrator** for the organization. In this example, it's the Ministry of Health.
4. Click **Submit**.
The person receives an email with a link to create their account. Once they log in, they can manage the organization as its Registry Administrator. See [Inviting users](/version/v2.0.0/geoprism-registry-tutorial/user-management/inviting-users.md) for more about invitations.
