# 6.4.3.4. Deleting a hierarchy
To delete a hierarchy:
1. Go to the *Geo-Objects and Hierarchies* module either by clicking the Geo-Objects and Hierarchies module icon in the main menu page or by clicking the hamburger menu () in the upper right corner and selecting *Geo-Objects and Hierarchies*.\\
2. If needed, expand the *Hierarchies* column in the sidebar by clicking the arrow at the end.\\
3. Scroll down the *Hierarchies* column to the organization you are a part of. Find the hierarchy you want to delete and click the **X** button () beside its name.\\
4. A message window will appear confirming if you want to delete the hierarchy. Click the **Delete** button.\\
